Accessing Public Files
Public Files are the central repository for content and images stored within Mobile Locker. As an administrator, you can access every file available within the platform. Administrators can access each file and its contents across the platform. Each file stored in Mobile Locker is saved as an HTML Link.
Public Files Dashboard
You can view public files by scrolling down and clicking on Public Files under the Team Settings tab from the Main Navigation menu.
This page displays Public Files.
- View files.
- Upload content, create new folders, or delete files.
Viewing Public Files
Public files are listed on this page.
Each file is tagged with Last Modified and Size.
Click on the file to view its contents.
Each file in Mobile Locker is stored and saved as an HTML Link.
Click on the link to view the file.
Uploading a File
You can upload a file from your computer to the platform.
Click Upload.
Drag and Drop files into the platform or access them through your PC or MAC.
Files uploaded are now publicly accessible. Do not upload confidential files.
Deleting Files
Files can be deleted by clicking the file and selecting delete. You can bulk delete files by selecting individual files.
