How to inactivate an Email Template

Sometimes, it is necessary to inactivate an email template. Once deactivated, an email template will remain in the Mobile Locker Platform.

Please note that you cannot delete an email template because that would also delete the historical usage data.

In this tutorial, we will explain how to deactivate an email template.

Click on Email Templates in the Main Navigational Menu.

This page displays the list of Email Templates.

Use the Filter column to view active Email Templates.

Locate the email template, click on Options ( three dots), and you'll see a list of available options.  Click on Edit Settings.

Go to Status and Availability section. Choose the option Inactive. Then, click on Save.

To verify a template's inactive status, you can designate the Filter column as Inactive, and a list of inactive email templates will be displayed.
