How to copy an Email Template

The primary purpose of copying an email template is to allow the user to choose the preferred subject line. In this article, we’ll walk you through the process step-by-step.

1. Go to Email Templates in the Main Navigational Menu.
2. Select the email template and click Options. Then click Copy.

Each template has one subject line, but once you're done building it, copy the template and change the name and subject line of the copy.

3. Double-check all the settings for the copy to ensure they are the same as the original.
4. When the user clicks Send Email, they'll see both options: https://app.mobilelocker.com/v2/app/content/emails/wizard/template.
