Creating and Managing Spaces


Before you Start:

Spaces is a paid feature. If you have questions on pricing, Please reach out to your Mobile Locker Account Manager.

To Create a Space:

Let's start by clicking Spaces in the left hand navigation bar.

Note: You will only see once a Mobile Locker Account Manager has turned Spaces on for you.

Next you will click Create Space or New Space.

Note: You will only see New Space if you have already create your first Space.

Fill out the settings. Once done, you can click Advanced Settings to insert Fragments, Copyright and a Privacy Policy.

Then add presentations to your space.

Note: You can divide presentations into sections by clicking the three dots to the right of the presentation name. This is also how you remove a presentation from a Space.

To Preview, Copy URL, Duplicate and Delete a Space

Click each item to perform the action you wish to see.

Note: Please do not share the URL in the Space preview. This will not be viewable to the end recipient.


Fragments

You can create custom Fragments to insert into your new Space.

Click Fragments on the Spaces Homepage. Then click New Fragment.

Fill out the settings and type your Fragment.

Note: Pasting from Microsoft Word creates messy code that disrupts formatting.

To prevent this, use CTRL+SHIFT+V  (or CMD+SHIFT+V  on a mac) to paste as plain text.

You can then reapply formatting as needed for a clean and consistent result.

Then click Update.

To insert a Fragment in a Space, go back to select the space you wish to edit and click on the name of the Space.

Select Advanced Settings.

Select the fragment name, position and click update.

Note: Please preview your work done thus far to ensure it looks correct. Always preview before you share the URL out with your recipients.


QR Codes

The Space QR code can be downloaded and distributed as you wish. The QR code will be a direct link to your newly created Space



Once complete your Space will look something like below
