How to View a User's Audit Trail
Admins can track user activity by accessing the audit trail. In the Audit Trail section, an admin can review the timestamps and system events. Please review the step-by-step process below.
Go to Users in the Main Navigational Menu.
Enter either their Name or Email. Don't forget to select the Any Status option so you can see all users, both active and inactive.
Click on Edit.
Then, click Audit Trail. This provides a detailed record of user activities, system changes, and security events.
