Create a shared link that can be hard-coded into an email template

If you're an administrator and need to generate links to presentations for use in an email template, follow the steps below to create a shareable URL

Navigate to the Main Menu in the admin website

From the admin menu, select Presentations.

Locate the presentation you want to share.

For example, this one has permission to send it via email and create a link to it to be shared elsewhere.

From this main screen, click Share.

Click Make a link. It's going to generate a URL. A unique URL will be generated, and you'll be listed as the link's owner.

You can also review and enter the Display Name, Notification settings, and Expiration link in this section. Once all is set, click Create Link.

Use the Copy to Clipboard option.

You can now paste this link into an email, a message, or wherever your customers need access. If you open a browser and paste that in, this is what it'll look like.
