How to Install the Mobile Locker OAuth App in Salesforce
How to fix the Salesforce OAuth Error
In August 2025, Salesforce experienced a security incident that required reinstalling all connected apps.
Going forward, all OAuth apps will need to be explicitly authorized by an administrator before they will function.
If a user sees the OAUTH_APPROVAL_ERROR_GENERIC message when connecting Mobile Locker to Salesforce (or Veeva), follow these steps.

To fix this, a Salesforce administrator will need to do the following:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Connected Apps > Connected Apps OAuth Usage
- Find Mobile Locker in the list and click Install. Follow the prompts.

Once that is done, connect Mobile Locker to Salesforce by going to this URL (or your company-specific URL):
