Understanding User Activity Timestamps

Mobile Locker tracks multiple timestamps for each user to help administrators monitor user activity and engagement. These timestamps provide insights into when users last performed specific actions in the system.


Timestamp Types Explained


1. Last Action At ⏰

Definition: When the user most recently opened a presentation OR sent an email

What it tracks:

  • Opening any presentation
  • Sending emails through Mobile Locker
  • Active engagement with content

2. Last Email Sent At 📧

Definition: When the user last sent an email

What it tracks:

  • Email sends through the Mobile Locker system
  • Both individual emails and campaigns

3. Last Presentation Accessed At 📊

Definition: When the user last opened a presentation

What it tracks:

  • Opening presentations for viewing
  • Accessing content for presentation purposes

4. Last Login At 🔐

Definition: When the user last logged in (using SSO)

What it tracks:

  • Actual login events through Single Sign-On
  • Authentication activity

Important Note: The app and website remember user credentials, so users don't have to log in every time they use the system.
