Allow the Mobile Locker MCP server in Claude
Private beta. The Mobile Locker MCP server is in private beta. Only a team that Mobile Locker has invited can connect. Email support@mobilelocker.com before you allow it for your users. Mobile Locker will send the server address when your team is in the beta.
Use this article if you are an Owner on a Claude Team or Enterprise plan and you want members to look up Mobile Locker. A member cannot add a custom connector when the organization has that locked.
Mobile Locker has not completed a click-through of Claude against our server. Follow Claude's custom connector page if a label on your screen differs from this article.

Who allows it
An Owner adds the custom connector for the organization. On an Enterprise plan, a member whose custom role includes managing libraries can add it too. Each member then connects with their own Mobile Locker account.
What to allow

Leave the OAuth client id and client secret empty.
Most teams that connect also use Single Sign-On in Mobile Locker. Allow the hosts in Allow these hosts, including WorkOS and your identity provider. You do not set up a second SSO connection for this server.
Add the connector
- Open Organization settings, then Connectors.
- Choose Add, then Custom. If Claude asks for a type, choose Web.
- Enter the server address Mobile Locker sent you.
- Leave the OAuth client id and client secret empty.
- Save the connector.
Each person signs in on the Mobile Locker page. When the email domain has an SSO connection, that page follows How SSO works and sends the person to your identity provider. Leave Claude's managed authorization unset. That Claude setting expects the connector to sign the organization in through your identity provider directly, outside Mobile Locker.
What each person does
Each member opens Customize, then Connectors, finds the connector, and signs in with their own Mobile Locker account. When the email domain has an SSO connection, sign-in follows How SSO works.
