Types of Folders
Giving your team a repository to store content is crucial to staying organized. Unsurprisingly, saving folders on multiple devices or cloud services can be disorganized. In many cases, it can even violate regulatory guidelines. With Mobile Locker, you can store all your content in one place.
There are two types of folders.
- Administrative Folders - These folders are specific to users with admin privileges and should not be shared with teams.
- Personal Folders - These folders can be created and shared by users across the organization.
You can access and assign permissions to each category across your organization if you are an administrator.
Adding Content to Folders
After you have created Folders, it's time to start adding content. You can keep content in multiple formats, including .docx, .exe, and pdf.
Creating Subfolders
If folders are the foundation of your content, then subfolders act as the windows and doors. Adding subfolders allows users to organize content even further. You can choose as many subfolders as you like.
Granting Permissions
As an administrator, you can assign folder permissions based on groups and users. Mobile Locker lets you grant access to the right team for your content. You can assign personal folders to users and groups, all directly within the browser.
