Reactivate an Expired Presentation
Presentations can be set as Active for a certain amount of time. Mobile Locker lets you customize the timeframe of a presentation. If a presentation expires, fear not! You can always reactivate a presentation by assigning new timeline parameters.
In this tutorial, we will explain how to reactivate an expired presentation.
Click Presentations on the Main Navigation Menu.
This page displays Presentations.
Make sure status is set to Any Status.
Choose a presentation and click Edit.
Scroll down to Release and Expiration options.
Click the Calendar icon next to Expires At.
Choose a new date from the calendar drop-down menu.
You can choose a date as well as a Time.
You can add a reviewer to the presentation.
This person will be alerted the next time a presentation expires.
Choose a reviewer from the drop-down menu.
Next, scroll down and click Save.
The green notification at the top of the screen will indicate the change has been Completed.
However, the Presentation is still Inactive.
We need to Reactivate this Presentation.
To do this, let's revisit the presentations page.
Click Presentations from the Main Navigation Menu.
The Inactive Status is displayed next to the Presentation.
Click Activate
The green notification bar will indicate the presentation has been Activated.
Lastly, you can view expired presentations.
Expired presentations are displayed with the Hour Glass Icon.
Scroll over the hour glass icon with your cursor to display the date and time of expiration.
