Unsubscribe Settings

Within Team Settings, you can customize the outcome of when a contact unsubscribes from an email campaign. You can also give your users permission to subscribe or unsubscribe a contact from an email campaign.

You can adjust these settings by clicking on Edit Team Settings and scrolling down to communications.


Unsubscribe Target URL

When a person requests to unsubscribe to a campaign, you can assign a Target URL to be sent. The Target URL should be a confirmation page from your website, allowing them to unsubscribe. This will alert you to the contacts who have unsubscribed and you can make adjustments to remove them from the campaign. 

You can also prompt the recipient to unsubscribe. Do enable this feature, please reach out to Support@mobilelocker.com.


Unsubscribe Email Recipient

You can automatically send unsubscribe notifications to a team member by adding their email address. You can also elect to send a notification to all administrators.


Should You Let Users Unsubscribe a Contact?

You can decide if you want internal users to be able to unsubscribe or resubscribe contacts manually. This will give users the freedom to unsubscribe contacts independently without an administrator's permission.
