2025-08 What's New in August 2025

As the leaves begin to change and we settle into the crisp autumn season, we're excited to share some fresh updates that will help your business thrive during this productive time of year.

✨ What's New ✨

Personalized Default Greeting Styles

Connect with your customers in the way that feels most natural. You can now set a default greeting style for all your customer emails. Choose between Professional (using titles and last names like "Dear Dr. Jones") or Personal (using first names like "Dear Mark"). Simply go to your profile to customize this setting.

Please note: Existing contacts will not be updated with this default.

Lead Retrieval Integration:

Our Conference feature now integrates with two additional lead retrieval vendors: FieldDrive and Showcare.

IOS App Update - Events

Users can now sort by date to easily view recently scanned attendees when in the Event record.

Please note: To access this feature, you must update your Mobile Locker app to the latest version.

Bulk User Update

We've added an auto-formatting checkbox that transforms names like "JOHN DOE" into "John Doe" automatically. You can now assign multiple groups during each import, and we've relocated the Download Excel template button to the upper-right corner for easier access. We've also streamlined the process by removing unnecessary address columns.

Metabase Now in Navigation Menu

If a user has Metabase access, access is available directly in your Navigation Menu in Mobile Locker.
