Getting Started with Groups
Groups are an essential part of the Mobile Locker platform. Users can be added to groups within the platform, and groups can access presentations. A user must be added to a group to access a presentation. Administrators can manage both group membership and group access.
Manage Group Membership
Mobile Locker gives administrators the ability to assign users to a group. A group can be aligned to a business unit such as sales or marketing or have a title such as managers. You can choose a unique name for your group. Within Mobile Locker, you can manage user membership and user access. Administrators do this by managing group membership.
Manage Group Access
As an administrator, it's essential to give users access to presentations. Adding presentations to a group allows users to access and share content. Mobile Locker gives you the flexibility to assign group access for managing users.
