Create and Manage Fax Contacts
Faxing is an optional feature for an additional fee. Contact your Mobile Locker account manager to learn more about this functionality.
You can manage the list of fax contacts for your team, or they can enter their own contacts.
Fax contacts are shared among the team - so if Bob creates a contact, Suzy can see it too. This will help reduce duplicate fax numbers and contact information.
Create a Fax Contact
Go to Faxes, then click Fax Contacts. then click New Contact.
Fill out the New Fax Contact and click Create.
That contact will then be available on the list of contacts.
Edit a Fax Contact
Go to Faxes, then click Fax Contacts.
Find the contact in the list and click the Edit button.
Fill in the form, then click Update.
Unsubscribe a Fax Contact
Go to Faxes, then click Fax Contacts.
Find the contact in the list and click the Edit button.
Change the status to Unsubscribed, then click Update.
