Enable Faxing for Users

Faxing is an optional feature for an additional fee. Contact your Mobile Locker account manager to learn more about this functionality.

The ability to send faxes can be turned on or off for each user. It is off by default.

See who can send faxes.

If you want to see the list of users who can or cannot send faxes, go to the Users list, then filter on Can send faxes.

Go to the Users list, find the user, and click Edit.

Scroll to the Sending Faxes question. Change it to Yes, then click Save.
