How to send a campaign email to many people

From the website

Mobile Locker empowers your users to email multiple HCPs at once. We call these Campaigns.


First, make an Email List:

Then, add contacts to the list and click Send Campaign:

Click the template you want for the campaign:

Be sure to check everything before sending it. You can choose to Send Immediately or Schedule for delivery in the future.

Delivery scheduling is available in 5-minute increments.

Once you have sent this campaign, you can see it on the Campaigns tab here:



From the iOS app

You can also send campaigns using the iPad app. Here's a simple guide on how to do it:


From the main screen, tap the hamburger menu and tap Send Email.

Then, it will open the screen to send an individual email, but along the top, you can now access your other menu items such as Contacts, Send Campaign, Email Lists, and Sent Emails.


Create an email list first before sending out that campaign email.

Once you've created an email list, click Send Campaign. Click the template you want for the campaign:

It is essential to thoroughly review all content before sending it.

Frequently Asked Questions about Campaigns

Can I cancel a campaign?

Yes, it is possible to cancel a future campaign, but only before its commencement. This article provides a comprehensive guide on effectively and efficiently canceling a campaign.


Once you have scheduled the campaign at a later time, you can see it on the Campaigns tab here:

Select the Scheduled Campaign.

Click on Cancel.

Once clicked, a message will prompt, Are you sure you want to cancel this campaign? and hit OK.

When you return to the Campaigns tab, you will observe that the status has been changed from Scheduled to Canceled.

If the campaign has been canceled, please feel free to delete it.
