If your iPad is in "silent" mode the videos will not play.
- From the Home Screen, swipe down from the clock area.
- If the bell is Red and crossed - the iPad is in silent mode.
- Tap to turn the bell white. This will cancel the silent mode.
- Then go back into Mobile Locker, you should have sound.
