What to do if your iPad has no sound

If your iPad is in "silent" mode the videos will not play.

  • From the Home Screen, swipe down from the clock area.
  • If the bell is Red and crossed - the iPad is in silent mode.
  • Tap to turn the bell white. This will cancel the silent mode.

  • Then go back into Mobile Locker, you should have sound.
