Which version of Outlook do I have?
Knowing which version you have can be confusing with so many Outlook apps and services. Microsoft provides this helpful article, which we've summarized below.

There is a third version of Outlook, which we call Old Outlook. It looks like this:
Unfortunately, Mobile Locker cannot work in Old Outlook. If you have Old Outlook, please contact your IT department and ask them to upgrade your computer to New or Classic Outlook.
