Use Mobile Locker in Outlook.com
You can use Mobile Locker in the browser version of Outlook.
Go here: https://outlook.office.com/mail/
Compose a new email.
Enter the recipient's email address, then click the Mobile Locker icon in the ribbon.
If you don't see the icon in the ribbon, click the Apps button.
If you don't see the Mobile Locker icon in the popup, click Add Apps. Follow these instructions to install Mobile Locker on Outlook.com.
The Mobile Locker app will open in a sidebar. Follow the instructions to sign in.
