Why is Email Address Verification Helpful?
Do you find it frustrating when you invest time in composing and sending an email only for it to bounce back? We do, too!
Mobile Locker addresses this issue by verifying the validity of the email address before sending the message. This proactive approach helps reduce bounce-backs and enhances the deliverability of your emails.

How does it work when I send an email?
If you click Next on the select contact screen, we check if the email address is valid. If it's invalid, you'll see an error message like this:
How does it work when I send a campaign?
Mobile Locker will check each address when you send the campaign to an email list. If any are invalid, you will receive a notification within a few minutes. Valid emails will be sent normally.
How does it work from the iPad or Windows app?
If you send an email from the app and Mobile Locker determines that the email address is invalid, you'll receive a notification email within a few minutes.
How can I see the deliverability status of my contacts?
You'll see the Deliverable column in the Contacts table:

What do the different statuses mean?

Unknown addresses are checked up to 75 times before this result code is given. |

Common providers of disposable emails include Mailinator, Guerilla Mail, AirMail, and 10 Minute Mail. |
