How users can create an email list from their contacts
Mobile Locker makes creating an email list directly from your contacts easy, allowing you to manage and send targeted communications. To create an email list from your contacts in Mobile Locker, follow these steps:
Go to Email List in the left-hand panel.
Click on New List.
Enter the List Name and, if needed, provide a Description.
Then click Create List to proceed.
You will be directed to this page, where you can begin adding contacts to the list.
The recipients will now be added to the new list. You also have the option to click Sync from CRM to import additional contacts.
Once you’ve finalized your list and clicked Send Campaign, Mobile Locker automatically saves this new list of recipients, allowing you to reuse it easily in future emails.
Renaming and Saving Your List:
- After sending the email, you can locate the auto-generated list in your Email Lists.
- If you find it useful, you can rename it to something memorable and remove or edit the description for clarity. Then click Save.
By following these steps, you can effectively create and manage email lists within Mobile Locker to enhance your communication strategies.
