How users can create an email list from their contacts
Overview
Mobile Locker makes it easy to create email lists directly from your contacts, enabling you to manage and send targeted communications. Follow the steps below to create and manage your email lists.
Navigate to Email Lists
- Select Email Lists
- Click the New List button

Create Your Email List
Enter Basic Information
- List Name (Required): Enter a descriptive name for your email list
- Example: "Sales Team Q1", "Product Launch Contacts", "East Coast Customers"
- Description (Optional): Add notes about the purpose or contents of this list
- This helps you and your team understand what the list is for
- Click Create List to proceed

Add Contacts to Your List
After creating the list, you'll be directed to the Edit Email List page where you can begin adding contacts.
How to Add Contacts:
- In the Add Contacts section
- Search for contacts by name or email
- Select the contacts you want to add
- Click Save to add them to the list

The recipients will now be added to the new list. You also have the option to click Sync from CRM to import additional contacts.

Managing Your Email List
Once your list is created, you have several options to manage it:
Action Buttons (Top Right):
- EMAIL THIS LIST - Send an email to all contacts on this list immediately
- COPY LIST - Create a duplicate of this list for segmentation or testing
Action Buttons (Bottom):
- SAVE - Save any changes you've made to the email list
- CANCEL - Discard changes and exit without saving
- DELETE LIST - Permanently delete this entire email list

Send an Email to Your List
Once your email list is created and populated with contacts, you can send emails directly to everyone on the list.
How to Email Your List:
- Click the EMAIL THIS LIST button (located at the top right of the Edit Email List page)
- You'll be automatically routed to the Send Emails tab
- After selecting your template, you can:
- PREVIEW EMAIL - Review how the email will look before sending
- SEND - Send the email immediately to all contacts on the list
- SCHEDULE - Schedule the email to be sent at a specific date and time

By following these steps, you can effectively create, manage, and send emails to your lists within Mobile Locker to enhance your communication strategies.
