Connect to your CRM Account from the iOS app
This was released in version 3.21.2 on March 23, 2025.
The customer picker works with Salesforce or Veeva CRM.
It does not work with Synergistix, Sintan, or other CRMs.
The customer picker will help you connect Mobile Locker to your CRM.
Connect to CRM
Tap the customer button in the toolbar.
Mobile Locker will prompt you to Connect Now if you haven't connected your CRM account yet.
If you don't have a CRM account or want to skip this temporarily, you can continue without CRM.
You'll see this window if you have never connected Mobile Locker to CRM.
If you have connected to CRM, skip ahead and download your customers.
You'll be taken to a Salesforce/Veeva login screen if you tap Connect Now. Enter your CRM credentials. You may see a different screen using Okta, Ping, or Azure for single sign-on.
You'll see this message after you're done connecting. Tap CLOSE.
Download your customers
Now, Tap Start Download to download your customers from CRM. You can also skip this by tapping Continue without CRM.
