How to Scan Business Cards

You can use the Mobile Locker app to scan business cards at an event and save the information to your CRM. In this example, we demonstrate scanning a business card and sharing it to Salesforce CRM.

Open the Mobile Locker IOS app, then click the menu button in the upper-right corner.

Click on the Events tab.

Select the event you want your business card to scan to.

Click on Capture Lead.

Click on Scan a Business Card.

Click Scan Business Card again.

Click Scan.

Your camera will turn on. Scan the business card.

In the upper right corner, tap Next.

If the scan is legible, click Done.

The scanner will read the text from the business card and populate a record with all the information. If all looks correct, click Done.

A contact will be created in Salesforce, and an attendee will be created for your event in Mobile Locker.
