How to Scan Badges

You can use the Mobile Locker app to scan badges at an event and save the information to your CRM. In this example, we demonstrate scanning a badge at a trade show.



Open the Mobile Locker IOS app, then click the menu button in the upper-right corner.


Click on the Events tab.

Tap the event name.


Tap Scan Badge.

Position your camera over the QR code and Mobile Locker will automatically scan the badge.

A record will appear with all the badge information. In addition, enriched attendee information will find additional customer insights based on the email address scanned.

If your CRM is integrated with Mobile Locker, you can save this as a CRM contact by toggling the Save to Pipedrive option. Note: The toggle updates with your CRM name.

To save the attendee's information, tap the Save button.

Your attendee has been added and can be viewed in the Events tab.
