How to Get Help Right from Your App

Getting Help is Easy!


We're here to help! The fastest way to get support is through our Help Scout integration, which is built right into the Mobile Locker app. You can reach us from almost anywhere in the app—no need to leave what you're doing. Here's how:


Step 1: Find the Help Icon. Look for the Help button icon in your toolbar. Whether you're on the home screen, browsing content, or viewing a presentation, it's always accessible at the top of your screen—easy to spot on every page.

Step 2: Tap to Open Click or tap the Help icon to open the help widget. The Help panel will open, giving you multiple support options.

Your previous support conversations are also saved and accessible for reference.

How to Send Us a Message:

  • Describe Your Issue — Tell us what's happening and what you need help with

  • You can add a Screenshot — Take a screenshot of the issue and attach it (this helps us understand better!)
  • Send — Submit your message
  • We'll Get Back to You — Our support team will respond as quickly as possible

When you send your message, the app automatically includes helpful system information to speed up troubleshooting:

  • App Version & Screen: Your current app version and the screen you were viewing
  • Device Details: Your device model, name, and operating system
  • Account Info: Your user ID and team information
  • Configuration: Environment, region, and appearance settings

No need to manually enter this—it's all included automatically to help our team resolve your issue faster.
