New
- You can now bookmark pages in PDF presentations. Tap the bookmark icon while viewing a PDF to mark any page, and your bookmarks are saved to your account so they're available on all your devices — even offline.
- Your PDF page bookmarks are now listed in the outline panel — tap the list icon while viewing a PDF to see all your bookmarks and jump to any page.
- At busy congresses, the app now detects when Wi-Fi is too slow to reliably reach the server and suggests switching to cellular — helping ensure badge scans and attendee saves go through. The suggestion can be turned off in Settings → Network.
- A new "Send Diagnostic Logs" option in Settings lets you securely share your app data with the support team to help diagnose and resolve issues faster.
- Presentations that have been updated in the background now show an "Updated" badge on their card, so you know new content is available before you open them. The badge clears automatically when you open the presentation.
- On iPhone, a scrollable row of filter chips now appears above the presentation grid, making it easy to switch between Home, All, New, Favorites, and My Files without extra navigation.
- Video presentations now display subtitles when a transcript is available. Tap the subtitle button in the video player to toggle subtitles on or off — your preference is saved per device.
- The app now automatically refreshes presentations, events, email lists, forms, and team settings on the content library screen — no need to restart the app or manually refresh to see your team's updates. Configure how often in Settings → Sync (default: every 15 minutes).
Improved
- The video player has been redesigned with a cinematic full-screen layout. Volume and brightness sliders, AirPlay, and a screen lock button appear in the top corner. Playback speed, audio and subtitle track selection, mute, and loop controls are grouped below the scrubber. The navigation toolbar automatically hides so the video fills the screen, and tapping the top-left corner brings it back.
- PDF presentations now use a rebuilt viewer with faster loading, smoother page navigation, and sharper rendering. The toolbar automatically hides a few seconds after opening, so the full document is visible, and tapping the top-left corner brings it back.
- The About section in Settings now shows whether the app is managed by your organization's Mobile Device Management (MDM) system, making it easier to diagnose device configuration issues.
- The search bar is now always visible in the presentation grid and subfolder views, so you no longer need to swipe down to reveal it.
- Updated presentations now show a progress indicator while files are downloading in the background, preventing the presentation from being opened mid-update.
- Presentation file downloads now automatically retry up to two times on temporary network errors, reducing failed downloads caused by brief connectivity interruptions.

- Fixed a crash that could occur when rotating the device immediately after completing a badge scan.
- Fixed an issue where the search bar was not shown when navigating into a subfolder. Search now works from any folder level.
- Fixed a crash that could occur when a presentation showed a JavaScript confirm or alert dialog, and the app was sent to the background while the dialog was open.

- The customer selection prompt is no longer shown before presentations that are not configured to record CRM activity.
- Reps with CRM access who have never synced their CRM data are now always shown the customer picker when opening a presentation, prompting them to sync before their first session.
- Business card scans now capture all available contact fields (city, state, LinkedIn, mobile phone, and more).
- The business card edit form now shows structured address fields (street, city, state, ZIP, country) instead of a single text box.
- The business card scanner now shows an activity indicator while analyzing the card, rather than a static 100% progress ring.
- Business card rows now show who scanned the card and the scan date, making it easier to identify cards captured by teammates.
- The business card list now includes an All / Mine / Others filter when cards are from multiple team members.

- Major congress lead capture improvements — event form questions now appear inline on the attendee form, so you can answer them at the same time you capture a lead. View aggregated form responses as bar charts from the attendee list, and tap into any question to see a full breakdown of who answered what. Attendee detail now shows form response answers, a one-tap email button, tappable phone numbers, and the attendee's original capture. Save, delete, and submission actions are disabled while offline, and all attendee data becomes read-only once a congress ends.

- On iPhone, Congresses, Cards, Contacts, and Settings are now grouped into a "More" tab, replacing the system overflow menu that caused double back buttons when navigating into a congress.
- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files now show a dedicated "Open in [App]" button in the toolbar, making it easier to open presentations directly in Microsoft Office apps.
- Badge scanning now shows a photo of the scanned badge in the name-check screen, so you can verify the name without looking away from your phone.
- The Contacts list on iPad now uses the same card layout as iPhone, removing the landscape-only restriction.
- On a fresh install, the Contacts tab now shows a "Download Contacts" prompt instead of downloading automatically.
- The "Delete all customers" option is now available to all users from the customer search update menu, with a confirmation prompt before proceeding.

- Tapping a contact row on iPhone now always opens the edit form correctly on the first tap.
- Tapping "Start Download" in the customer picker now always starts the download on the first tap.
- Customer picker toolbar button now correctly shows as filled when a customer was already selected before opening a presentation.
- On iPad with the sidebar visible, tapping a presentation's thumbnail image now correctly triggers the download or open action.
- If your team assignment is changed server-side, the app now detects this on the next refresh and automatically clears stale content from the previous team.
- HTML presentation content no longer bleeds behind the status bar on iPhone when the toolbar is hidden.
- Notification list no longer crashes when swiping to delete or tapping a row after rotating the device.
- CompuSystems badge-scanning name-check now limits input to 1 character and keeps the OK button disabled until a valid letter is entered.

- The content library now supports a list view — tap the toggle in the top toolbar to switch between grid and list layouts. Your preference is saved and persists as you browse folders.
