How to log in to the Mobile Locker Android App

Use these steps to sign in to the Mobile Locker Android App. After you enter your email, the app chooses a password or Single Sign-On (SSO) for your company.

Select your region

The first screen title is Select Your Region.

1. Choose Global (Most accounts) or Europe (EU-based accounts).
2. Tap Continue.

Most people should choose Global. Choose Europe only if your administrator told you that your account is in Europe. Use Back if you picked the wrong region.

Enter your email

The title becomes Enter Email. A line shows Region: and the region you chose.

1. Type your Mobile Locker email.
2. Tap Continue.

Sign in with a password

If your company uses a Mobile Locker password, the title is Enter Password.

1. Type your password.
2. Optional: turn on Save with Fingerprint or Save with Face Unlock (the label matches your device).
3. Tap Sign In.

Sign in with SSO

If your company requires SSO, the title is Single Sign-On Required. The app says your organization requires single sign-on authentication.

1. Tap Continue with SSO.
2. A browser window opens for your identity provider (for example Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra).
3. Finish that sign-in. The app continues when it receives the result.

While it works you may see Preparing SSO or Signing in.

Fingerprint or Face Unlock

After a successful password sign-in, the app may ask Enable Fingerprint? or Enable Face Unlock? Tap Enable or Not Now.

Next time you open the app you can tap Sign in with Fingerprint (or Face Unlock). You can also Clear Saved Fingerprint on the login screen if you need a password again.

If you leave the app for about 30 seconds, Android can ask for biometrics again before you return to your library.
