How to reset your password in the Android app
Use these steps if you sign in to the Mobile Locker Android App with a password (not SSO) and you need a new password.
SSO accounts. If the app shows Single Sign-On Required, your company identity provider owns the password. Reset it there, or ask IT.
From the login screen
- Open Mobile Locker.
- Select your region and tap Continue.
- Enter your email and tap Continue.
- On Enter Password, tap Forgot Password?.
- Confirm Reset Password. The dialog asks: Send password reset instructions to your email. Tap Reset.
The app sends a reset email. You should see a status such as Please check your email for reset instructions.

Open the email (subject Reset your Mobile Locker password). The link expires in 60 minutes. Check spam if you do not see it. Set a new password, then return to the app and tap Sign In.

If you had saved Fingerprint or Face Unlock, sign in with the new password once. Then enable biometrics again if the app asks.
