How to get help from the Android app
You can reach support from inside the Android app. Look for Help in the app bar, or an overflow menu that includes Get Help and Report a Problem.
On this page
Get Help and Report a Problem
On most screens, tap the Help control (or the three-dot overflow on a crowded phone bar). Two actions appear:
- Get Help
- Report a Problem

Get Help
Tap Get Help. Help Scout Beacon opens so you can search articles or send a message. If your company set custom support instructions, you see those instead. Follow them.
Report a Problem
Tap Report a Problem. A sheet opens. The app captures the current screen when you start from the account menu.
- In What went wrong?, type one sentence.
- In Tell us what happened, add detail.
- A Screenshot can be attached. Replace or Remove it if needed.
- Tap Send, or Cancel.
Success: Ticket submitted. We'll get back to you soon.
From your account menu
- Tap your name or photo (account menu).
- Tap Report a Problem.
That menu also has Edit Profile, Settings, Switch Teams (if you have more than one team), and Sign Out.
On a phone, you can also open Settings from the More / tools list.
On the login screen
Tap Help next to the version line.
You can also email support@mobilelocker.com. Settings, About asks you to send a screenshot of that section when you need help.
