How to check your Android version

The Mobile Locker Android App needs Android 12 or later. Support may also ask which Android version you run.

From Mobile Locker

  1. Open Settings (account menu, then Settings).
  2. Scroll to About.
  3. Read the Android row. That is the Android version the app sees on this device.

From Android Settings

  1. Open the device Settings app (not Mobile Locker).
  2. Tap About phone or About tablet.
  3. Tap Android version (on some devices this is under Software information).

You should see Android 12, 13, 14, 15, or later. If the version is 11 or older, this app will not install from Play Store.
