How to find the Android app version

Support often needs the exact version of the Mobile Locker Android App.

In Settings

  1. Open the account menu (your name or photo). On a phone you can also open Settings from More.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Scroll to About.
  4. Read the Version row (for example 5.0.9).

The same About section also lists Team, Account, Android, Device, Device Name, MDM Managed, Appearance, Region, and Environment.

The footer says: if you need help, send a screenshot of this section to support@mobilelocker.com.

On the login screen

If you cannot sign in, the footer shows Version and the version number next to Help.
