How to favorite presentations on Android

Favorites are shortcuts to presentations you use often. They belong to your account. On Android, the control is a heart named Add bookmark or Remove bookmark. The folder is named Favorites.

Before you start

Favorites must be enabled for your team. If you never see a heart, ask your administrator.
Favoriting does not download the presentation. Install it from Content Library if you need it offline or in Open Another Presentation.

From Content Library

Open Content Library (on a phone the bottom bar label is Content).
Find the presentation in the grid or list.
Tap the heart. Tap again to remove it.

You can also open the presentation details and tap Bookmark.

While viewing a presentation

Open the presentation.
In the viewer bar, tap the heart. On a crowded phone bar, the heart stays visible; extra actions move into the overflow menu.

The heart is hidden when favorites are not enabled for your team.

Find your favorites

Open Content Library.
Open the Favorites folder (heart icon) when that folder is shown. On a phone you may also use the Favorites chip above the grid.

Favorites appears when you have at least one bookmarked presentation that is still available.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
No heart anywhere	Favorites may be off for your team. Ask your administrator.
Favorite missing from the Favorites folder	Pull to refresh Content Library. Confirm you saved the heart.
Favorite missing from Open Another Presentation	The presentation must be installed. The one already open is not listed again.
