Connect to CRM from the Android app

Use these steps to connect the Mobile Locker Android App to Salesforce or Veeva CRM. You connect from the customer search sheet, not from a separate CRM tab.

Open customer search

You will see the customer sheet in these places:

• When you open a presentation that records CRM activity. The app can require a choice before the deck opens.
• In Content Library, tap the person icon (customer search) if your team shows that button.
• While a presentation is open, tap the person icon in the viewer bar. On a phone that action can live in the overflow menu.

Connect CRM

If you have never connected, the sheet shows Connect Your Accounts.

1. Read the description: connecting lets the app log customer interactions. After connecting, you still need to download customers.
2. Tap Connect Now.
3. A Connect CRM page loads your company CRM sign-in.
4. Sign in with your CRM account (or company SSO, such as Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra).
5. When that finishes, the app moves you to download customers.

If you are not ready, tap Continue without CRM.

Download customers

After a connection, the sheet can show Download Customers.

1. Tap Start Download.
2. Wait while the app downloads records. The title can say it is downloading customers, with a progress line.

See reload CRM customers in this category if you already have records and need a refresh.

Select or skip

When records are on the device, the title is Search Customers. Search with the search field. Filter with chips such as All, Selected, Recent, Accounts, HCPs, or Contacts (Salesforce wording can differ).

At the bottom:

• Tap one or more customers, then tap Select (N) to continue with that choice.
• Skip Selection opens the presentation without a customer for this session.

If you cancel the sheet while the app required a choice, the presentation does not open.
