Phone vs tablet navigation on Android

The Mobile Locker Android App is the same product on phones and tablets. The chrome changes with window width. Rotate the device, or open split screen, and the layout can change.

Phone (compact bar)

On a typical phone, a short bar sits at the bottom:

• Content (Content Library)
• Search
• Send Emails when your team allows email
• Contacts
• More

Tap More to open Tools. That list groups:

• Outreach: Email Lists, Campaigns, Sent Emails, Text Messages (each only if enabled)
• Field: Congresses, Business Cards, Contact Scanner (each only if enabled)
• Insights: My Dashboard, and Metabase when enabled
• Settings
• Sign Out

Send Emails stays on the bottom bar on a phone, so it is not repeated in Tools.

Medium width (collapsed rail)

On a wider phone, small tablet, or split view, the same five destinations sit in a collapsed rail plus More. Tools still holds Outreach, Field, Insights, and Settings.

Tablet (grouped rail)

On a large tablet (or a wide unfolded foldable), there is no More hub. A grouped rail shows:

• Content Library and Search
• People: Contacts
• Outreach: Send Emails, Email Lists, Campaigns, Sent Emails, Text Messages (as enabled)
• Field: Congresses, Business Cards, Contact Scanner (as enabled)
• Insights: My Dashboard, Metabase (as enabled)

Some destinations can still say This destination is coming soon. if your build has not shipped that screen yet.

Settings, Help, and Sign Out

• Phone: Settings and Sign Out are on Tools. Help is in the app bar (or the overflow menu on a crowded phone bar).
• Tablet: tap your name or photo (account menu) for Edit Profile, Settings, Switch Teams, Report a Problem, and Sign Out.

Inside a presentation

On a phone, the viewer keeps bookmark, Open in Office (when available), and Help visible. Extra actions (Open Another Presentation, CRM, share) move into the overflow menu so the back arrow stays on screen.
