How to send an email from the browser
Sending an email directly from your browser is a convenient way to communicate. Follow these simple steps to send an email using your preferred web browser.
On this page:
Send an Email to one person.
Click Send Email in the Main Navigation Menu.
Select the Email Template you want to use.
Enter the recipient's email address. If the contact isn't saved yet, you can add it. You can also check the contact's status to see if it's active or inactive and whether it is deliverable.
Select the files to share.
Select Preview Email to verify that all information is accurate before clicking Send or Schedule.
The following message will be displayed if you select the "Schedule" option.
Notice that you can tick the box to be notified of email bounces. Once everything is set and ready to go, you can send the email.
Send a Campaign Email to many people
To send a campaign email to your contacts, please follow these steps:
Click Campaigns in the Navigation Menu.
Select "Send Campaign".
Choose the Email Template you will use.
The Preview Screen will appear.
Once you click Next, this screen will appear and let you choose the Email List.
Select the list you want to use. You can check the contact's status to see if it's active or inactive and whether it is deliverable. Click Next.
Before sending the campaign, you will be directed to this page for review. Here, you can preview the campaign and view the recipients. You can then choose to either Send it immediately or schedule it for future delivery.
The message will display when you choose the "Schedule for delivery in the future" option. You can set the date and time as you prefer.
Once all is set, you may now select "Schedule Delivery."
Cancel a Campaign
Canceling a future campaign is possible, but only before its commencement. This provides a comprehensive guide on effectively and efficiently canceling a campaign.
Once you have scheduled the campaign at a later time, you can see it on the Campaigns tab here:
Select the Scheduled Campaign.
Click on "Cancel".
Once clicked, a message will prompt, "Are you sure you want to cancel this campaign?" and hit "OK."
When you return to the Campaigns tab, you will observe that the status has been changed from "Scheduled" to "Canceled."
If the campaign has been canceled, please feel free to delete it.
Quick Share a Presentation
To quickly share a presentation, please follow these steps:
Navigate to My Content Library.
This page displays Presentations.
To the right of a Presentation, click the Paper Airplane icon.
From the drop-down menu, click Quick Share.
Select a contact from the drop-down menu.
It's possible to add multiple contacts.
When done, click Send.
