How to Select an Email Editor
Email editors are a way to personalize and customize email templates within the Mobile Locker Platform. But it's important to understand that before you begin, you must first select TinyMCE or Unlayer Editor from the Email Template Workspace.
In this tutorial, we will explore how to select an Email Editor.
From the left sidebar, go to Communication > Email Templates
Click New Email Template (or the "+" button)
Complete the Fields
- Template Name: Enter a descriptive name for your template
- Subject: Add your email subject line
- Restrict access to these groups: Select which user groups can access this template
Choose Your Editor
- Scroll down to the Editor section
- You'll see three editor options to choose from
- Once you select the editor, click Save.
TinyMCE (Default)
Best for: Quick messages and simple correspondence
- Simple text editor similar to Outlook or Gmail

Unlayer (Drag-and-drop)
