How to Reset Your Password in the iOS App

Forgot your password? Follow these simple steps to reset it:

Step 1: Go to the Login Screen Open the MobileLocker app and navigate to the login screen.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address Type the email address associated with your MobileLocker account in the email field.

Step 3: Tap "Forgot Password" Below the password field, you'll see a "Forgot Password" button. Tap it to proceed.

Step 4: Check Your Email for Reset Instructions We'll send you a password reset email within 5 minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder as it may have been filtered there.

Step 5: Create Your New Password. Open the email and click the reset link. Follow the prompts to create a secure new password.

Step 6: Log Back In Return to the MobileLocker app and log in using your email and the new password you just created.
