How to Log In to Mobile Locker on iOS
Getting Started with Mobile Locker
Follow the steps below to log in to Mobile Locker on your iOS device. Your device must be running iOS 18.6 or higher. Please update your device if you're using an earlier version.
Step 1: Select Your Region
When you first open Mobile Locker, you'll be prompted to select your region.
- Tap the "Select Your Region" button
- Choose from the available options:
- Global (Default) — For most users
- Europe — For users in the European region
Select the region that matches your location or company setup.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
- Enter the email address associated with your Mobile Locker account
- Tap the Continue button to proceed

Step 3: Complete Authentication
Depending on your company's security settings, you'll follow one of these paths:

Option A: Password Authentication
If your company uses passwords:
- Enter your Mobile Locker password
- Tap DONE
- You're now logged in!
Option B: Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your company requires Single Sign-On (SSO):
- You'll see a message stating: "Single sign-on is required for your company."
- A dialog will appear asking: "'mobilelocker' Wants to Use 'mobilelocker.com' to Sign In"
- Follow your company's sign-in requirements
- Once authenticated, you'll be logged in to Mobile Locker

Forgot your password?
- Tap the "Forgot Password?" link on the login screen
- Follow the email recovery instructions
Not sure which region to select?
- Contact your Mobile Locker administrator or support team
- Most users should select Global (Default)
SSO not working?
- Ensure you have access to your company's SSO system
- Contact your IT department or Mobile Locker support for assistance
