How to log in to the Mobile Locker Desktop app
This article will guide you through the step-by-step process of logging into the desktop app using two methods.
Which method should I use?
- If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO) (Okta, Ping, or Azure), log in using SSO.
- You can jump to the steps below if you have a Mobile Locker password.
Log In using Single Sign-On (SSO)
Open the Mobile Locker desktop app on your PC or Mac.
Select your region (Global is the default). Enter your email address and click Send me a Code Instead.
A verification code will be sent to your email.
Enter the 6-character code and click Confirm.
If you haven't received the code, select "I didn't receive an email." This page will display things for you to check. You can Resend the Email or Use the Password Instead.
Log In using Email and Password.
Open the Mobile Locker desktop app on your PC or Mac.
Select your region (Global is the default). Enter your email address and click Enter My Password.
Next, enter your password and click Sign In.
