How to Favorite Presentations on iOS

Favorites are your shortcuts to presentations you use often. They are personal to your account and help you find important decks quickly in Content and when you open another presentation during a visit.

Before you start

Favorites must be enabled for your team. If you do not see any way to add a presentation to favorites, ask your Mobile Locker administrator.
Favoriting a presentation does not download it. Install the presentation separately if you need it offline or in the Open Another Presentation list.

Add or remove a favorite

You can toggle favorites from Content or while viewing a presentation (when favorites are enabled).

From Content

Open Content in the Mobile Locker iOS app.
Find the presentation.
Tap the control to Add to favorites (or Remove from favorites if it is already favorited).

On many screens, this appears as a heart-style control on the presentation card or detail view.

While viewing a presentation

Open the presentation.
In the toolbar, tap the favorite control to add or remove the presentation from your favorites.

Find your favorites in Content

Open Content.
Open Favorites (folder or filter, depending on your layout—sidebar, chips, or tab).

You see the presentations you have favorited. You can open, download, or manage them the same way as elsewhere in Content.

Favorites when opening another presentation

When you use Open Another Presentation while a deck is already open:

Your Favorites appear in a section at the top of the list (A–Z by name), if you have any eligible favorites.
Other installed presentations appear below under Other Presentations (also A–Z).
You can search by name to narrow the list while keeping favorites on top when they match.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
No favorite control anywhere	Favorites may not be enabled for your team. Contact your Mobile Locker administrator.
A favorite does not appear under Content → Favorites	Confirm you saved the favorite (try removing and adding again). Pull to refresh Content if needed.
A favorite is missing from Open Another Presentation	The presentation must be installed, and it will not appear if it is already open.
Favorite state looks wrong after switching devices	Favorites sync with your account when the app can reach the network. Open Content and wait for sync, or refresh.
