How to Open Another Presentation on iOS

While you are already viewing a presentation, you can open a different installed presentation without going back to the content library first. This is useful when you need to jump between decks during a call or from a hub presentation that points to other materials.

Before you start

The presentation you want to open must be installed on your iPhone or iPad.
Presentations that are already open in your current stack are not listed again (so you do not open the same one twice).
Favorites appear at the top of the list only if your team has favorites enabled and you have favorited at least one installed presentation. See How to Favorite Presentations on iOS.

Open the presentation picker

Open a presentation as you normally would.
In the presentation toolbar, tap the control labeled Open Another Presentation (grid of rectangles icon).

Choose a presentation

The Open Another Presentation sheet lists installed presentations you can switch to.

Scroll the list, or use search (below).
Tap a presentation to open it.
To leave without switching, tap Cancel.

Favorites and other presentations

When favorites are available for your team and you have favorited one or more installed presentations:

Favorites appears first. Items in this section are sorted A–Z by name.
Other Presentations appears below, also sorted A–Z by name.

If you have no favorites (or favorites are not enabled for your team), you see a single alphabetical list of installed presentations.

Search

Tap the search field (prompt: Search presentations).
Type part of the presentation name (search does not match codes or descriptions).
Matching items stay in the same sections: favorites that match still appear under Favorites, then other matches under Other Presentations.
The count line updates to how many presentations match (for example “2 matches”).
Clear the search field to show the full list again.

If nothing matches, you see a message that no presentations match your search.

Tips

Favorite the decks you open most often so they stay at the top of the picker. See How to Favorite Presentations on iOS.
Download presentations while you have a good connection so they appear in the picker offline.

Troubleshooting

Problem	What to do
A presentation is missing from the list	Confirm it is installed. Presentations that are already open are also hidden.
There is no Favorites section	You may not have favorited any installed presentation, or favorites may not be enabled for your team. See How to Favorite Presentations on iOS.
Search finds nothing	Search matches the presentation name only. Try a shorter part of the name, or clear search.
The list is empty	Every installed presentation may already be open, or nothing is installed. Close a presentation or install content from the library.
