How to reset your password in the Windows app
Use these steps if you sign in to the Mobile Locker Windows App with a password (not SSO) and you need a new password.
SSO accounts. If the app shows Single Sign-On after your email, your company identity provider owns the password. Reset it there, or ask IT. Do not use the steps below.
From the login screen
- Open the Mobile Locker Windows App.
- Select your region and click Continue.
- Enter your email and click Continue.
- On Enter Password, click Forgot Password? under Sign In.

The Windows app does not send a reset email from that button yet. You will see a message that password reset is coming soon and that you should contact support.
On the same login screen, click Help under the card, or email support@mobilelocker.com.
Reset in a browser (recommended)
You can reset a Mobile Locker password on the website, then use the new password in the Windows app.
- On the PC, open https://app.mobilelocker.com/password/reset.
- Enter your email address and submit the form.
- Open the email from support (subject Reset your Mobile Locker password). The link expires in 60 minutes. Check spam if you do not see it.
- Set a new password that meets the complexity rules.

After you reset
- Return to the Windows app. Do not stay in the browser if you only need the app.
- On Enter Password, type the new password and click Sign In.
If you had Remember me with Windows Hello enabled, sign in with the new password once. Then you can enable Windows Hello again if the app asks.
