How to find the Windows app version
Support often needs the exact version of the Mobile Locker Windows App. Use Settings. Do not use the previous Desktop app Help menu.
In Settings
- In the left sidebar, click your profile at the bottom (your initials or photo).
- Click Settings.
- Scroll to About.
- The first card is titled Mobile Locker. Under the title you will see the version and a build number in parentheses, for example 5.0.0 (0).

Expand that card if it is collapsed. You will also see:
- Team
- Account
- Windows (Windows version)
- Device and Device Name
- Appearance
- Region
- Environment
If you email support, send a screenshot of this About section. The page already says to send that screenshot to support@mobilelocker.com.
On the login screen
If you cannot sign in, look under the white card. The version appears as v5.0.0 (with a leading v) next to the Help button.
