How to get help from the Windows app
You can reach Mobile Locker support from inside the Windows App. You do not need the old Desktop app Help menu (Toggle Developer Tools, Send Debug Logs).
On this page
The Help button
Look for the question-mark Help button on most screens (Content Library, Search, Settings, presentations, and others). Click it. A small menu appears:
- Get Help
- Report a Problem

Click Get Help. A Get Help window opens (Help Scout Beacon). You can search help articles, use answers, or send a message without leaving the app.
If your company set custom support instructions, you may see those instructions instead of Beacon. Follow them.

That menu also has Settings and Sign Out.
On the login screen
If you are not signed in yet, click Help under the white card (next to the version). A Get Help window opens.
You can also write to support@mobilelocker.com.
In Settings, under About, the app says: if you need help, send a screenshot of that About section to support. That screenshot includes your version, team, account, Windows version, device, region, and environment.
