How to send us your debug log file

If you need help with Mobile Locker, we can help you figure out how to resolve the issue quickly. Follow these steps to send us your debug log file:

  1. Open your Mobile Locker Windows app.
  2. In the Menu Bar, click "Help".
  3. Select "Send Debug Logs". This will upload Downloads/mobilelocker/mobilelocker.log  file to our system.
