How to Clear Your Cache in the Desktop App

This is a quick guide to force refresh and clear cache in the Windows desktop app to fix loading and performance issues.


Open the Windows desktop app.

Click Send Email.

Click the Help menu and choose Toggle Developer Tools.

Open the Tools section and find Network.

Make sure Disable cache is turned on.

Press Ctrl + R to trigger a hard refresh. This ensures you get updated content by forcing fresh downloads, which fixes most loading problems.

Close the Send Email window and reopen it.
