Install Mobile Locker on Android
This article is for the Mobile Locker Android App on phones and tablets. It is not the iOS app, and it is not the Windows app.
Does your company install apps for you? If Mobile Locker is already in your work profile or a managed Play catalog, install it from there. Do not sideload an APK. See Company-managed Android work profile.
Before you install
- Android 12 or later (API 31+)
- A Google account that can use Play Store (or a work profile your IT team manages)
- Space for the app plus presentations you download later
Support and IT: the app package is com.mobilelocker.mobilelocker.
Install from Google Play
- Open the Play Store on your phone or tablet.
- Search for Mobile Locker.
- Open the listing, then tap Install.
- When it finishes, tap Open.

Open the app

If you cannot install
- If Play Store is blocked, ask your help desk. They may assign the app in a work profile. See Company-managed Android work profile.
- If install fails with a version error, update Android to 12 or later.
