Android app release notes

These notes are for the Mobile Locker Android App. They are not iOS App Store notes and not the Windows app.

To see the version on your device, open Settings and read About, Version. The login screen also shows Version next to Help.

5.0.25 - October 13, 2026

This is the current production version. It needs Android 12 or later.

• The app no longer crashes on launch when the device name has an accent or other special character

5.0.24 - September 18, 2026

It needs Android 12 or later.

Fixed

• Scan Attendee no longer crashes when reading a badge barcode
• If Salesforce or another CRM returns an error, you stay signed in instead of being sent back to the login screen. You are sent back to login only if your Mobile Locker session itself has expired

5.0.23 - September 10, 2026

This release makes HTML presentations and Content Library refresh more stable. There are no new features.

Improved

• The Content Library no longer starts two refreshes at the same time when you open the app
• HTML presentations, Metabase, and Connect CRM close more cleanly when you leave the screen

5.0.22 - September 10, 2026

This release improves HTML presentations. It needs Android 12 or later.

Improved

• HTML presentations recognize the Android app, including files opened from a URL, so in-deck tools work like they do on iOS
• HTML presentations that load local files now open on the device instead of showing a blocked connection
• After you hide the presentation toolbar, the tap hint flashes three times and then hides. Tap the top-left corner to show the toolbar again
• HTML presentations can use more in-deck tools on Android, including the customer picker, badge scanner, and video player

5.0.17 - September 5, 2026

This is the first production version of the native Android app for phones and tablets. It needs Android 12 or later.

• Mobile Locker is now on Android phones and tablets
• Present approved content offline, including PDFs, videos, and HTML decks
• Scan congress badges and sync leads to Veeva or Salesforce
• Ask the AI assistant for answers from your approved library
